BombBustic

In this adrenaline-pumping arcade driving game, you take on the role of a bus driver tasked with keeping a bomb-rigged bus moving above a certain speed to prevent an explosion. Along the way, dynamic objectives and escalating chaos create a thrilling experience.

This project started as a Unity prototype and was later rebuilt in our custom game engine. As the Design Lead, Gameplay and AI Programmer,I directed the design team and collaborated closely with the engine team to translate design requirements into solid technical implementation. I also implemented AI-driven vehicle functionality, supporting an interactive and realistic city driving environment through vehicle and traffic behaviors.

Germ Guardian

This top-down action shooter places players in the role of a white blood cell, tasked with defending the body against a viral invasion. Every bullet fired consumes a part of your body, compelling players to balance offense with survival in a strategic and engaging way.

We developed a custom 2D game engine in close collaboration with artists to bring this concept to life. My primary focus was on AI development, employing state machines to create dynamic and responsive enemy behaviors. I also implemented a custom navigation mesh system, streamlining level creation and iteration to ensure efficient development and enhanced gameplay design.

Super Spin Shooter Survial

In this unique roguelike survival game, players control a spinning character that fires automatically. The challenge lies in adjusting the direction and timing of your spin to target enemies effectively, blending strategy and reflexes.

My focus for this project was on designing intuitive and engaging gameplay mechanics centered around the unique spinning mechanic. Additionally, I developed a clean and informative UI to present relevant information seamlessly, ensuring players could focus on the fast-paced action.
